Can I set a daily opening and closing checklist?
Yes. Make each check a repeating task for the person who opens or closes. Karo creates it every day by itself, and they mark it done with a photo.
Can staff send a photo when a job is done?
Yes. Staff attach a photo of the shelf, the delivery or the bill when they update the task, and you see it on the task.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. Create an organization for each outlet, and see them all under All, or one at a time from the organization list.
Will my staff understand it?
Karo is kept simple on purpose, and the app speaks English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
Does it cost anything per user?
No. Karo is free, for you and for your staff.
Can I still use our WhatsApp group?
Yes. Keep the group for talking and keep tasks in Karo. When a task needs a push, Karo opens WhatsApp with a ready nudge and you press send.
