How task delegation works in Karo
Connect with the person
Add them by their Karo Pin, or send your invite link on WhatsApp. For your staff, share your organization’s invite link once.
Give the task
One owner, a date and how urgent it is. Add a voice note, a photo or a file, and keep others in the loop if they should follow it.
They accept or decline
You know at once that it landed. A decline comes with a reason, so you can give the task to someone else straight away.
Updates come to you
Progress, a request for more time, and the finished work back for your review. Approve it, or send it back with a note.

Delegate or transfer: which one?
Work in a small business moves around. Karo has two ways to move a task, and they do different things:

Either way, the task keeps its history: who gave it, who passed it on and why.
Delegation the way small businesses in India work
Most work is handed over on a call, at the counter or in a WhatsApp group. That works until a task sinks under forwards, nobody is sure who said they would do it, and the owner calls around every evening to ask.
In Karo, every task has one owner, a date and a status, so it cannot get lost in a chat. Keep the group for talking. What is a task delegation app?

They ask for more time before the deadline. You approve or decline the new date, and everyone on the task sees the answer.
Does Karo send WhatsApp messages for me?
No. Karo opens WhatsApp with a nudge about the task typed in. You check it and press send.
Do the people I delegate to need Karo?
